Conditions of reservation

To confirm this reservation whole stay amount needs to be paid upfront. In case of cancellation, modifications or not showing up on the arrival date no refunds will be made.

Pets are welcome.

The fee for a dog's stay is PLN 40/day (we accept dogs over two years of age).

The fee for a cat is PLN 30/day.

It is necessary to read the rules of stay of animals in the hotel, available in the "Practical information" tab.

Children maximum 2 years old – accommodation free of charge. For children maximum 2 years old – baby cot, food heater, feeding chair and bath-tub free of charge (on request). The hotel facility is obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, in particular to establish the identity of the minor and his relationship with the adult with whom he stays in the facility. (Act of May 13, 2016 on counteracting threats of sexual crime and protection of minors).

We have parking places:

The main entrance to the hotel, reception and the access to car park is from Andersa Street.

We suggest you to enter the underground garage, take your luggage and use the lift to get to the I floor, where you will find our reception.
