In short, for your convenience:

• Breakfasts are included in the room price. We serve breakfast buffet daily from 7 a.m. - 10.3o a.m. in the restaurant. For guests leaving the hotel in the early morning hours, we have prepared a lunch box (please inform the reception in the evening one day in advance, at the latest by 8.30 p.m.).
• Rooms are cleaned from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• The restaurant is open daily between from 12 a.m. - 10 p.m. (orders can be placed by 9.30 p.m.). Guests receive a 10% discount on all gastronomic services.
• Summer garden: in the summer season we invite you to the summer garden.
• Room service: hotel staff can deliver meals and drinks to the room as part of room service from 7 a.m. - 9.3o p.m. - for PLN 30 (up to 2 people - each additional person + PLN 10). The menu card is available in every room.
• Wireless Internet: there is a possibility of free connection to a WiFi network in the entire facility.
• Parking:

1. Underground garage: FREE entry (only for cars up to 2 meters high) from Gen. Andersa street. It is forbidden to park cars with gas installations.

2. External parking: FREE OF CHARGE (100 meters from the hotel) entry from Gen. Andersa Street (between Andersa Street 7 and Andersa Street 9) - please visit the reception first to collect a parking card.

• Electric car charging station - available in the underground garage - paid service PLN 100/1 charge.

• Pets are allowed. The price for the stay of a dog is PLN 40/day (we only accept dogs over two years of age).The price for a cat is PLN 30/day. It is necessary to read the rules of stay of animals in the hotel.
• Wake up: at the appointed time at your request.
• Each room has a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, soap and towels.
• Laundry service (we use external laundry services) it is available during the day (except weekends). Price list available in each room.
• Ironing between 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. - paid service.
• Massage - on request in a hotel room. We do not have our own masseur. We use the services of an external masseur: Massage and Reflexotherapy Cabinet - Zu San Li-E Przemysław Adamski, physiotherapist, reflexologist. Advance booking is necessary, preferably directly from the masseur, Mr. Przemek, tel. +48 782 074 915 (the masseur speaks English).

• Free gym for hotel guests. Changeable footwear is required.
• Playroom for children – free entrance.
• Bowling: Guests receive a 10% discount on both bowling and catering services. On Wednesdays and Sundays, the second hour of the game is FREE. Compulsory replacement footwear - it is possible to rent footwear on site.
• Hotel first aid kit: at the hotel reception desk there is a contactless thermometer and a first aid kit containing basic dressing materials. The hotel is not responsible for their use.
• Safe deposit box available free of charge at the hotel reception.
• It is possible to pay in Euro.
• Breathalyzer available at the hotel reception. The fee is PLN 2.
• Flower mail: we can order flowers for you from the best florist in Opole "Flower Salon".
